We only sell UK produced chicken and turkey which is not available for sale in the supermarkets. We buy from smaller suppliers who provide us with consistent high quality products. Our butchers are on hand to prepare poultry in our EEC licensed cutting plant, either for our wholesale customers or for the farm shop.
