Turkeys
Fresh Free Range Bronze and Fresh Barn Reared Whites
Available only for Christmas. Orders can be taken from November. As a guide a 5.0 kg turkey will feed 8 adults but there probably won't be anything left for curry!

Fresh Frozen Barn Reared Whites
Available all year and considerably cheaper as they are reared out of season.

Breast Joints (2.0 kg - 5.0 kg)
A convenient alternative to a whole bird, which is both easier to cook and to carve. It is sensibly priced so can be used as a healthy roast through out the year.

Thigh Mince and Thigh Diced

Can be used as mince in any recipe and in any casserole. It has the advantage of being leaner and more tender and so takes less cooking.
