Every aspect of producing these birds we undertake ourselves. We rear them from 1 day old and brood them in heated sheds until 6 weeks of age. We then move the Whites into open Pole Barns with plenty of fresh straw and fresh air. The Bronze Free Range Birds have similar accommodation but also have access to fresh grass. We mill all feed on site using cereals, straights and minerals bought locally. Processing also takes place on site in our EEC Slaughterhouse under the watchful eye of the Meat Hygiene Service, ensuring everything is produce to the highest standards.
