Chicken is sourced primarily from Mitchells of Letham, Scotland for their reliability and consistency. We find :-

Birds are graded especially well, both for size and quality.
There is always a full weight range (1.2kg - 2.2 kg) available.
Birds are air chilled giving them a much extended shelf life.
We can supply any cuts from these chickens. All of which are produced by our dedicated team of butchers.
Whole Turkeys are either home produced or sourced locally.
English Turkey Butterflies can be supplied if requested but the majority sold are imported due to lower prices.
